We are a busy but friendly trust of schools, with lots going on. This website aims to give you a taster, as well as providing up to date information for parents, pupils and the wider community.

The Galaxy Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust that comprises of Fleetdown Primary Academy, Oakfield Primary Academy, Temple Hill Primary Academy and West Hill Primary Academy. Each Primary has its own unique character, but all subscribe to The Galaxy Trust values of Respect, Responsibility and Equality.

A message from the CEO

The Galaxy Trust was founded in 2016 after the successful federation of Oakfield and Temple Hill Community Primary Schools.  Situated in Dartford, Kent, it was recognised that a new, local Trust was needed to provide high quality provision for local children.

There are now four schools within The Galaxy Trust.  Fleetdown Primary Academy, Oakfield Primary Academy, Temple Hill Primary Academy and West Hill Primary Academy work together to ensure our children and families receive the best possible care and learning opportunities that we can provide.

Through our values of Respect, Responsibility and Equality, children in The Galaxy Trust thrive in a caring and supportive environment that recognises the uniqueness of each family, and the experience they bring with them in to school.  High standards of academic learning are matched with the ambition to develop well-rounded, life long learners, whose opportunities go beyond the classroom.

As CEO of The Galaxy Trust, I am very proud to be leading such a dedicated, hard-working and highly-skilled group of people.  They go above and beyond to not only develop their own knowledge and understanding, but to provide the best they possibly can for the children in their care.
